Smart Grid Project Benefit Evaluation Based on a Hybrid Intelligent Model

چکیده

With the accelerated development of smart cities, construction and grids have an increasing impact on safe stable operation power systems. The benefit evaluation can find out problems more comprehensively, which is great practical significance for further cities. In order to ensure accuracy real-time evaluation, this paper proposes a new hybrid intelligent model using improved technique preference by similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS) long–short-term memory (LSTM) optimized modified sparrow search algorithm (MSSA). First, set grid index systems established in context considering city development. Then, aiming at reverse problem existing TOPSIS, with entropy weight TOPSIS established. Finally, based LSTM MSSA optimization designed. example analysis verifies proposed, points important factors affecting benefits grids, provides idea achieve effective rapid prediction, help improve level grids.
